BG&E provided the civil and structural design for the Chadwick Site Upgrade and Expansion. This project entailed structural engineering design for four new 20,000T circular grain storage cells and conveying structures along with the associated civil, earthworks, drainage and road design.
Alcoa Aluminium required additional hydrate storage was required due to several major Calciner overhauls were approached to help mitigate any production impact by investigating feasible and cost-effective storage, export, reclaim and transport solutions that could be implemented to meet this short-term storage capacity shortfall with minimal impact to production.
