BG&E Resources assisted with the shutdown works where Resolute require structural engineering services for rigging design, development of materials movement plans and laydown areas assessment and design for a 14 tonne Primary Cyclone roof section, 20 tonne Primary Cyclone Scroll section and 21 tonne Roaster Crossover Duct section.
BG&E Resources was requested to provide a proposal for the design of a new 1,716m³ capacity steel tank to store process water. The new tank replaced the existing bolted panel tank of diameter 15.75m and height 8.81m.
The Roy Hill Ultrafines Stage 2 Project forms part of Roy Hill’s project pipeline to identify recovery improvement and expansion projects to be able to consistently achieve the approved export capacity of 60Mtpa.
