SNC Lavalin sought our assistance to perform a value engineering exercise on the civil/structural design documentation completed by SNC’s Perth/Mumbai engineering team.
Our scope was to perform a high-level engineering study utilising geotechnical engineering consultancy (Golder Associates).
We identified several areas where design improvements led to a significant reduction in construction and Capex costs.
Prior to joining BG&E Resources, a member of our ESG Advisory team served as Project Director for this study, which included developing the methodology and coordinating more than 100 subject matter specialists who lived and worked in the respective cities.
BG&E Resources recently completed on-site construction support services for Rio Tinto Iron Ore at the White Quartz Road Realignment situated at the Brockman 4 mine site in the Pilbara, WA.
We were engaged to conduct various Surface Water Assessments for MinRes’ lithium mines at Mount Marion and Wodgina.
Pilbara Ports has engaged us to deliver various detailed design and concept design works for the Lumsden Point development.
